Create a comprehensive digital presence from scratch. Patients needed an accessible platform to find products tailored to their health situation, while also providing a way for patients to compile a personalized list of supportive products that friends and family could contribute to. In addition, Jadey wanted to implement a safe space where patients could share experiences or thoughts and access trusted articles and medical advice — all while maintaining a smooth, user-friendly experience and integrating products from multiple vendors.
Our objective was to build a platform that provided a seamless and supportive experience for users. This included intuitive navigation for browsing products and managing registries, easy access to community thoughts and articles, and a polished, scalable architecture capable of supporting ongoing growth. Beyond launch, the platform needed to be maintainable and extensible, ensuring Jadey could evolve with its users’ needs.
We delivered a headless Next.js website with Sanity CMS powering dynamic content and Supabase managing authentication and registries. A custom registry system allows patients to curate products for friends and family, while integration with multiple vendors ensures a smooth e-commerce experience. Jadey provides secure, real-time interaction, fostering a supportive space for users. The platform was designed for performance, accessibility, and scalability, and we continue to provide ongoing support and improvements through a retainer-based partnership, ensuring Jadey can grow and evolve seamlessly.
