How do I get started with Hyuman?
Book a discovery call to help us understand your needs. After that, we'll send you a proposal and from there continue the conversation to plan your project. The call is free, short, and there's no pressure — just a chance to figure out if we're a fit.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After signing, we kick off with a discovery sprint — brand audit, technical review, and goal-setting. You'll meet the full team, review the project roadmap, and align on milestones before a single line of code is written. We move fast, but we never skip this step.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely. We have studios in New York City and Lisbon, and our team operates fluidly across time zones. We work with clients across the US, Europe, and beyond — remote collaboration is built into how we work.

What platforms does Hyuman work with?
We develop on Shopify, Shopify Plus, Headless Shopify (Next.js / Hydrogen), React, Node.js, Gatsby.js, Next.js, Webflow, and WordPress. We pick the right tool for the job — not the one we're most comfortable with.
Does Hyuman build e-commerce websites?
Yes — e-commerce is our core. We build and optimize Shopify Plus stores, headless commerce experiences, and custom checkout flows designed to maximize AOV and conversion rate. We've done it for brands like UCAN, Omeat, Red Bull Records, and Parentaly.
Can you build a fully custom web application?
Yes. We build full-stack applications using Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, and more. From SaaS dashboards to consumer-facing platforms, we handle design, development, and delivery end to end.

How long does a typical project take?
A standard Shopify redesign typically takes 6–10 weeks; a full custom web app 10–16 weeks. We always commit to your deadline upfront and deliver on time — timeline is part of the proposal, not an afterthought.
How does pricing work?
We work on fixed-scope project pricing and monthly retainers for ongoing support. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call and a clear proposal — no hourly surprises, no scope creep without explicit sign-off.
Can you work within a tight deadline?
We've done it before. If you have a hard date, tell us upfront — we'll structure the scope, staffing, and sprints accordingly. Speed never comes at the cost of quality; we just plan smarter.

Does Hyuman provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly retainers for ongoing development, performance monitoring, A/B testing, and CRO work. Most of our clients stay on retainer because the momentum we build at launch is worth keeping.
Can Hyuman manage our existing website?
Yes. We take on website management for Shopify, Webflow, and custom-built sites — from content updates and bug fixes to major feature additions and full redesigns.
